Early Years Research Initiative

Moorside Teaching School are pleased to offer all Salford Early Years settings; including schools, PVIs and childminders, the opportunity to participate in a National EYFS Research Initiative with Inclusion Expert. This initiative allows all practitioners, working with children birth – five, within the setting to access free, high quality online CPD for the whole academic year.
Inclusion Expert’s founder, Daniel Sobel, is an internationally respected leader in inclusive education and has advised the DfE, the EU and governments abroad.
The teams’ early years training is led by Dr Sue Allingham who is one of the country's leading practitioners in early years education and a trustee of Early Education.
The research initiative in routed in best practice in the early years, with a focus on raising outcomes for all children, particularly disadvantaged learners.
The modules are split into two categories, ‘Identifying Needs EYFS’ and ‘Meeting Needs EYFS’.
These training materials are appropriate for all levels of competency and experience; from NQTs, support staff, Head teacher to key workers in nursery.
This fantastic development opportunity is FULLY FUNDED by Moorside Community Primary School and offers settings the opportunity to use the materials in a flexible way to best meet the needs of their practitioners and the settings development needs.
